About Maia

A decent home isn't a luxury. It's the first step.

Maia Housing Solutions exists to provide safe, fully furnished, move-in ready homes for women and families escaping domestic abuse, young single parent mothers, and vulnerable adults who need safe, supported accommodation to rebuild their lives.

We understand that many of our residents arrive with nothing — no belongings, no stability, and no time to wait. That is why every Maia property is equipped to a high standard with everything needed from day one.

Founded by two property professionals, with over 30 years' experience across supported housing, residential development, and commercial property. From housing single parent mothers in London, designing the first supported living units in Hove, to structuring and managing property portfolios for institutional investors and private clients. We know what decent housing looks like, and we know how to deliver it.

A referral is made by a support agency, local authority, or through self-referral using our referral form.

Our housing support partners assess the resident's needs to ensure we can provide the right home and the right support.

The resident moves into a fully furnished, move-in ready property. Everything is there from day one — no waiting.

Ongoing Support

The housing support team provides continuous wraparound support to help the resident rebuild towards a stronger future.
